During the Specially Blended Tour, fans can cool off from this summer’s hottest events by sampling freshly brewed Luzianne sweet, unsweet, and green iced tea, play games for chances to win branded prizes and pick-up Luzianne coupons.  The famous southern brand plans on sampling more than 250,000 cups of tea and giving away nearly 150,000 coupons, that’s a total savings for $82,500 for all tea enthusiasts out there!

The three-month, ten city tour and sweepstakes is partially promoted via tweets and comments in the most popular social media platforms. Facebook and Twitter gives new life to the age old rivalry between the north and south, R U SWEET OR UNSWEET? Fans of the brand can vote online using Twitter hashtags #sweet or #unsweet or through Facebook by voting in a poll that is tallied to show who is winning.

Luzianne Specially Blended for Iced Tea is a playing a big part in this year’s National Iced Tea Month. Facebook fans http://www.facebook.com/LuzianneTea  and Twitter followers http://www.twitter.com/luzianne_tea  will be able to vote on whether or not they “R Sweet or Unsweet”. With more than 3000 followers in less than 2 months social media has become a helpful platform for marketing this tour.

Luzianne is also giving away one sweet ride this year. Luzianne’s Specially Blended Sweepstakes will award one lucky winner at the end of the sweepstakes, a Class A Motor Home. Consumers are encouraged to enter the sweepstakes and view the official rules at http://www.speciallyblended.com.
