Local Partners will provide the followings support:
• Local Partners should be in a position to invest in range of 50,000 - 100,000 USD.
• Investment is required in local support like VISA, Office, Local recruitment, Salary of local employees and other local cost and support, if any.
Rooliums will provide the followings support:
• Technical manpower salaries, investment and support.
• Any other technical and software development support, as required.
• Yellow Page Gulf portal web promotion, technical maintenance and support.
Highlights of Local Partnerships:
• Local Partner will pay for local office rent, local staff salary, visa support and provide other local support as and when required.
• All technical employees’ salary and technical expenses and support will be provided by Rooliums as and when required.
• Profit sharing will be in ratio of 51:49 (i.e., 51% for Local Partners and 49% for Rooliums) on Net Profit basis based on Yearly Accounts.
• This Partnership is valid for one year and will be revised at the end the first year of operations.
