Sarova Whitesands Mentorship Program

May 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa hosted students from Almas Gymnasiet, senior high school from Sweden on exchange program. The students went through a rigorous training covering various departments (Tulia, entertainment, housekeeping, animation, kids club f&b, front office, kitchen, clinic, marketing CSR) .Most of the time they were attached to ent departments, tulia, kids club, They were involved in various activities, e.g tree planting, a visit to Mikoroshoni primary school where they took the children through some Swedish training, they were very active members of the Fun A team. The exchange program is in line with the hotel’s mentorship program for both local and international students.”
