Isaiah Washington Interview and Book Signing

May 18, 2011 - PRLog -- TV Star Isaiah Washington has written a book called "A Man from Another Land."  The book chronicles Washington's early life, his TV and Film Career, and his search to find his roots after going through a DNA test that showed his ancestors came from Sierra Leone, West Africa.  Since learning about his history, Washington has traveled to Sierra Leone, donated medical supplies to a hospital there, and built a school.  

Washington will interview with Crown City News' Tami DeVine on the talk show she hosts called “Game Changers” on the Arroyo Channel 32 on the Pasadena Community Network Monday, May 23rd at 6:30pm following the CCN Newscast at 6pm. The interview can also be seen streaming live on www.crowncitynews.com/live.  The 30 minute show will feature Washington, his background, and excerpts from the book, and will be posted online on www.crowncitynews.com Wednesday, May 25th.

Following the live Game Changers Interview, Barnes and Noble Bookstore in Pasadena will join Crown City News in hosting a book signing with Washington at the Pasadena Community Network located at 2061 N. Los Robles Avenue, Suite 109.

Washington's Book "A Man from Another Land" will be available for purchase from 7 to 9pm, and he will sign copies.
