TechNiche International Announces New Partnership with Team Saxo Bank-SunGard

The product being used by the team is the innovative Hybrid Cooling Vest which combines the patented HyperKewl evaporative cooling fabric with the TechKewl phase change cooling system.  By combining the two technologies, TechNiche International has created a more versatile product with a longer lasting cooling effect.  First, the HyperKewl system works by combining water with the HyperKewl fabric to create a garment that gradually releases absorbed water through evaporation.  Next, the TechKewl system works by using Cool Pax phase change inserts; long lasting, temperature specific (58 degrees F, 14 degrees C), inserts designed to fit inside the vest.  Cool Pax inserts provide cooling relief for up to 3 hours.  

The combination of these two technologies in the Hybrid Cooling Vest creates an extended cooling system with greater modularity.  It is simple to use, just soak the HyperKewl vest in cool water for 1-3 minutes and gently squeeze to remove the excess water.  The Cool Pax phase change inserts can be charged in a freezer or ice chest for 30 minutes to solidify.  Once fully charged, simply open the pockets inside the vest and insert the Cool Pax.  This system has been used by some of the world’s premier athletes and is quickly becoming the personal cooling vest of choice.
