Follow on Google News | VNA & Hospice of SVHC Sponsors Tree of Hope Memorial ServiceThe staff and volunteers of VNA & Hospice of SVHC invite all members of the local community to their Tree of Hope Memorial Service on Saturday, June 12, at 3 p.m. at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC).
By: Eileen Druckenmiller Losing someone you care for is never easy. There is a small, flowering tree of hope planted in a secluded alcove behind SVMC. Every year, friends and family members of those who have passed gather there to honor them. Provided annuals and perennials will be added to the garden in honor of loved ones. Remember and celebrate their legacies by sharing poetry, music, and memories. A brief reception will follow the service. For more information and to RSVP, call (802) 442-5502. # # # About VNA & Hospice of SVHC: The VNA & Hospice of SVHC offers a skilled hospice team consisting of physicians, nurses, nurse’s aides, social workers, a chaplain, volunteers and therapists.
