VNA & Hospice of SVHC Sponsors Tree of Hope Memorial Service

May 18, 2011 - PRLog -- BENNINGTON, VT — The staff and volunteers of VNA & Hospice of SVHC invite all members of the local community to their Tree of Hope Memorial Service on Saturday, June 12, at 3 p.m. at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC). This annual service is in remembrance and celebration of the lives of people who have passed away.

Losing someone you care for is never easy. There is a small, flowering tree of hope planted in a secluded alcove behind SVMC. Every year, friends and family members of those who have passed gather there to honor them. Provided annuals and perennials will be added to the garden in honor of loved ones. Remember and celebrate their legacies by sharing poetry, music, and memories.
