Local ASQ Section Announces New Leadership for 2011-2012

May 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Lorain, OH, May 18, 2011––The American Society for Quality Section 0814 of Elyria/Lorain (http://asq-elyrialorain.org/) is pleased to announce new leaders for the upcoming term.  The mission of this volunteer group is to advance community and member quality excellence through educational opportunities, non-competitive information exchange, networking, forming alliances and leadership growth.  The following professionals have been elected to serve on the 2011-2012 Executive Board:

ASQ has recognized the Elyria/Lorain section several times for its ongoing excellence in philanthropic and community endeavors, monthly interactive meetings with nationally recognized speakers, social events, educational offerings, and networking opportunities.  The new Executive Board is already discussing plans for next year.  Incoming chairman, John Cachat said, “As quality professionals, we continuously seek improvement and look forward to building a sound strategy to recruit and retain members, strengthen our relationship with young professionals and students, increase networking opportunities, and support scholarship achievement and social responsibility.”
