Familiarizing the F.A.R will make it easier for you to understand government procurement.
Last but not the least is making your business proposal or your technical proposal. This is actually the most important part in desiring to have business relationships with the federal government and the agencies as well. This stage is where you show the agency your capabilities and willingness to comply with the requirements. You also need to prove and show them that you are able to provide with the needs of the agency.
