PRLog - May 17, 2011 - Regency at Monroe, a spectacular resort-style community by Toll Brothers in Monroe Township, New Jersey, attracts numerous active-adult buyers with unique stories and backgrounds, but most recently, the community was at the center of a couple’s marriage proposal.

Excited, Sandy assumed it was the earrings she had wanted, but instead, she was delighted to find a key to their new home at Regency at Monroe that Melvin had secretly purchased for them. The couple plans to begin their new life together in their Bayhill home, a popular choice at the community.
“What a great story,” said Matt Markovich, Toll Brothers New Jersey Division Assistant Vice President. “We often have groups of friends and neighbors who decide to purchase at Regency at Monroe together, but this may be our first Regency love story! We’re very excited to welcome Melvin and Sandy and wish them all the best,” he added.
