Kate’s Real Food Expands Into New Larger Facility

May 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Kate’s Real Food, maker of the tastiest all-natural energy bars available, is proud to announce they’ll be ramping up production in their new facility based in Victor, ID.  Stepping up to an impressive 2500 sf, the new Kate’s Real Food building will house all facets of Kate’s team including production, packaging, marketing and sales.

“We’re so excited about our new location!” Said Kate Schade, founder and bar making genius at Kate’s Real Food. “We’ve grown our sales by more than 8-fold in the last year and were bursting at the seams in our old place.” Schade continued, “We’re very happy that we were able to grow as a company while maintaining our roots and continuing to support the local economy here in the Valley as well.”

The new Kate’s Real Food production facility will be blessed by a Rabbi, with Kosher certification expected before the middle of the summer.  

With interior design by the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store and local institution Anthony’s Italian Restaurant (no longer open), the new Kate’s HQ has a distinctively outdoor, playful feel that inspires a sense of “doing well by doing good.”

In addition to a new facility, Kate’s is investing in new packaging, more staff, and new machines, while still focusing on the hand-mixed goodness that makes Kate’s bars better than any other energy snacks.
