Simple Shoes Unveil Mens New Sneaker Line up for AW11

May 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Simple (who are currently celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2011), has for the first time introduced a new version of its iconic, ‘old school’ O.S.Sneaker to the AW 2011 range. The shoe was first launched in 1991 and remains one of the brand’s top sellers to this day.

For its anniversary, Simple has updated the O.S. in collaboration with innovative Los Angeles-based artist Andrew Holder. The limited-edition O.S. Sneaker Collab features a distinctive, new geometric print lining designed by Holder in three different color options - black, blue and jungle green.

In addition to the OS sneaker collaboration, Simple introduces its new BRR collection with two outdoor-inspired styles for men in the Tuba II BRR and the Take on Hi BRR. These rugged shoes are made of waterproof eco-leather and cotton flannel linings with thermal insoles to keep the heat in. Both styles feature traction outsoles made with BIO.D, helping the outsoles biodegrade in a landfill after 20 years, compared to the industry average of 1,000 years. The Tuba II BRR is available in black and chocolate and the Take On Hi BRR is available in black and brown.

Finally, Simple introduces its ‘Egg Crate’ collection- new sneaker styles for men featuring a comfortable egg crate-inspired insole, reminiscent of Simple’s popular Flippee sandal.

The Over Easy, is made for men who want a casual, yet sophisticated beach look. Building off Simple’s popular Gumshoe style, the Over Easy is a sleek, sophisticated slip-on sneaker with a biodegradable egg crate insole. The Over Easy is available in hemp or suede options in grey, brown and black. In addition, the E. Benedict is Simple’s version of the classic chukka boot. Made of eco-suede and leather, the E. Benedict has a biodegradable, egg crate insole. Perfect for the office or a weekend outing, the E. Benedict is available in black, chocolate and light grey.
