It is tucked away like a hidden gem, among mature trees in a perfectly secluded location.  Yet it is conveniently located minutes away from historic Downtown McKinney and I-75.  It was the thoughtful native landscape, unique architecture, progressive land plan and engaging residents that immediately attracted me to Chapel Hill, Mckinney.

We are thrilled to be building in this fabulous neighborhood.  The newest home under construction in Chapel Hill is one that that we worked directly with the developer, it is designed specifically to compliment the neighborhood.  This two-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is one-of-a-kind. It will be as unique as the neighborhood with custom touches found in high-end homes like the barreled ceiling in the entry-way, large master suite with beautifully appointed bathroom finishes, custom kitchen cabinetry, and energy efficient mechanicals and appliances. The floor plan was worked and re-worked to take the best possible advantage of the park views and size of our Preservation Lane lot.  Needless to say, we are certainly excited about this house!   It is in the early-construction phase and remains available for complete customization to the personal tastes of its buyer.
