Will Messi help bring home the Champions League Title for FC Barcelona next?

Guardiola's FC Barcelona won, once more, the Spanish League Title. Are Messi, Xavi, Pedro, and the rest of the Barca team ready for the Champions League Title?

May 13, 2011 - PRLog -- FC Barcelona became, for the 3rd consecutive time, champions of the Spain League thanks to a 1-1 tie at Levante on Wednesday night. The team was very widespread and unrestrained in the first half of the season defeating records for goals and points and abolishing Real Madrid. Even though around February things began to not look so good for Barcelona, coach Pep Guardiola knew how to deal with the scenario and lead his team to adapting rapidly to the circumstances and winning the title with much endeavor and determination. Even though Barca's star players grabbed a lot of the credit, it took a lot of effort from every player to reach the triumph.

Barca players are famously known for their outstanding powerful attack and for players such as Lionel Messi, who's argued to become the world's greatest soccer player, David Villa, a very productive and creative goal-scorer, Xavier Hernandez and Andres Iniesta, splendid creators and passers, Daniel Alves, a very threatening full-back attacker, and for the fact that 8 of their current players won the World Cup with Spain last year. Though Messi, Iniesta, and Xavi are all 3 finalists of the Ballon d'Or (the European Footballer of the Year), the uncomparable and unmatchable Argentine Barca player and two-time FIFA Player of the Year, Lionel Messi, was the one who got most of the praise due to his 18 assists and 31 goals that of course contributed to the team's victory. But besides Messi, a great amount of credit has to go to Guardiola who managed to keep his team eager, hungry, anxious, dominant, and assertive. He is undeniably the most successful manager in the past few years with 9 trophies including 3 home league titles, a European Cup, and a King's Cup, all in 3 years as a professional coach. Barca has made it to the Champions League every season under his leadership and will face Manchester United in the final in London on May 28. Will Guardiola lead Barcelona to the 10th trophy under his time with a victory for the title in the Champions League final coming up?

Congrats to Barcelona for winning a well-deserved league title and now bring on Manchester United! FC Barcelona will be playing Manchester in Washington D.C. on July 30 and Club America of Mexico on August 6 in Dallas. As a part of this preseason U.S. tour called World Football Challenge presented by Herbalife, Barcelona will also be playing a high profile exhibition match against Mexican club Chivas de Guadalajara on August 3rd at Sun Life Stadium (Dolphin Stadium) in Miami, Florida. Barcelona President, Sandro Rosell, said that South Florida is the perfect market for their tour and that for Barcelona, these games are not just important for generating revenue, but also for getting closer to the fans and growing the brand. He stated: "Our fans are multi-cultural, and certainly, with the large hispanic population in Miami, and all the other cultures there, it is a great place for us to play. It’s a very cosmopolitan city, and many people in our organization love to visit there." Tickets are now on sale, so snatch them quick at Charged.fm to catch quality seats for great prices.
