Sita Desai Joins Klemchuk Kubasta LLP as Associate

May 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Dallas, Texas, May 12, 2011 – The intellectual property law firm of Klemchuk Kubasta LLP is pleased to announce that Shital (“Sita”) Desai has joined the firm as an Associate.  

Sita handles a variety of intellectual property matters, including copyright, trade secret, patent, and trademark identification, registration and enforcement.  She also has expertise regarding intellectual property litigation, technology transactions, ecommerce and international business and trade regulation.

Sita is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Sita received her bachelor of science degree in Biology from Baylor University, and later graduated from Baylor University School of Law.  Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Sita worked in-house in the legal department at Parker Hannifin in Forth Worth.
