Top Outsourcing Destinations are Named Including Asia and Australia in Supply Chain Digital

May 11, 2011 - PRLog -- In the May issue of Supply Chain Digital, the top outsourcing locations in the world are named, including countries from Asia and Australia.

India, China, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore are selected as the top five outsourcing locations in the world, with commentary included on each selection.

“Most CIOs don’t have a clue what it used to be like,” John Doucett, CIO of Hartford, said about outsourcing. “You had people who couldn’t speak English. The telecommunications were terrible. It was awful trying to transfer files back and forth.”

Outsourcing has become an increasingly popular trend throughout the recent years, due to mostly to labor costs.
