Macy's Announces May Events at San Diego School of Cooking in the 28th

A Japanese Guest Chef, A Wine Pairing Event, and A Cooking Demo on Fish

May 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Who/What:   For May, the School of Cooking, located at Macy’s Mission Valley Home Store, presents three new classes:  Guest Chef Mineko Moreno cooks up Noodle Soup and Green Tea Ice Cream; Lisa Redwine explores the world of Chardonnay, and Chef Bernard showcases a new salmon recipe.

   Reservations are not required.  Admission to a class is a $5 donation which benefits the San Diego Food Bank.

When:   Saturday, May 28, Noon:  Chef Bernard hosts “Fisherman:  Catch, Cook, No Release” creating Orange Dill Brioche Crusted Wild King Salmon, Vermont Cheddar Potatoes, Green Bean Salad and Saffron Hollandaise.
