PRLog (Press Release) - May 11, 2011 - Pearson Education authors Peter W. Navarro and Greg Autry are pleased to announce the launch of their social media platforms anticipating the release of the soon-to-be published book, Death by China.

Collaboratively written by Navarro and Autry, this proactive and timely volume challenges and exposes the core essence of the Chinese Communist Party’s destructive force even as it illustrates how China is becoming a dominant threat to the United States, global peace and prosperity.

Navarro, a business professor at University of California—Irvine, is a gifted public speaker and contributor for major national media sources. Autry has taught at the Paul Merge School of Business, University of California—Irvine, and also regularly publishes and speaks on China policy.

“Social networking has become a very dynamic communication tool in today’s society. It is a media phenomenon empowering people and businesses across the globe. How could we not incorporate it into our pre-launch?” said Autry.

One Social Media LLC., a social media marketing firm in Des Moines, Iowa, has branded Death by China’s online presence through social media sites such as: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and the Death by China blog. While the sites are new, they are already gaining momentum for the book through organic conversation and media.

“Social media provides such a broad range of platforms in which to market and communicate with the public, which is why it is quickly becoming the media and marketing vehicle of choice for authors and publishing companies,” said Joe Soto, founder and CEO of One Social Media.

Death by China will be released in print and ebook on June 4 at all major book retailers.
