Tentec Launch New High Pressure Hydraulic Pump for Wind Turbines Installation & Maintenance at Wind

PRLog (Press Release) - May 11, 2011 - Bolt tightening specialists, Tentec, will be launching a new electric-driven, high-pressure hydraulic pump for use with its renowned Aero range of bolt tensioning equipment on Booth #519 at Windpower 2011. Designed for global use, the WTP3 can be supplied in many voltage and phase configurations and is packed full of new features including the ability to generate pressures up to 1600 bar and includes an innovative handheld controller that enables engineers to operate the pump remotely. This new pump, along with the complete range of bolt tensioning equipment will be on show at Windpower 2011 in Anaheim.

Visitors to the show will also be able to see Tentec alongside its newly established network of distributors in the US. Two of the best known and largest suppliers of torque equipment Hytorc and TorcUp are now non-exclusive distributors for the Tentec range. Both companies offer both torque and bolt tensioning solutions enabling engineers to purchase the best solution for their bolt tightening application from one source. The Tentec range can also be viewed on Booth 1701, where long-term distributor Wind Turbine Tools, now a Division of Transcat will be showing the Aero range of bolt tensioning products. Representatives from all companies will be available to discuss individual customer requirements.
