The first event on Wednesday, May 11 will focus on the topic of conflict resolution with guest speaker Twillea Evans-Carthen, Human Resources Manager. Then on May 25, attendees will listen to Deana Porterfield, Sr. Vice President for People and Organizational Development, talk about the Keys to Quality Customer Service. The workshops are aimed toward business owners and employees and are intended to strengthen the Moreno Valley local community.
