Geko Direct - Help and Advice

Firstly ‘Geko’s Orange customers can contact  customer service agents on 0808 178 6265.’ however from experience don't expect a fast result taking this route, this number is getting hammered by thousands upon thousands of dissatisfied customers at the moment and queues can appear to go on for ever as reported by several users on multiple forum posts, and I unfortunately can only say the same.

Having Googled multiple related search terms to Geko Direct, Geko Liquidation, Geko Adminstration ect I was fortunate enough to have found an independent company offering advice to Geko Business Mobile Customers, I usually expect so called companies offering "independent advice," to merely be a polite sales persons steering you in the direction of making business out of your phone call "however," on this occasion I was pleasantly surprised and the advice I received was completely impartial with no obligation, needless to say I was so impressed with their "best advice policy," that by the end of phone conversation I wanted to take their services due to their relaxed unforceful manner, which is very rare in the business mobile sector to say the least.

Thanks to this conversation I am now in the position to say I expect to be out of any ties with Geko Direct within the next month and taking on a new contract from a highly recommended service provider with nothing but strong customer feedback and most of all guaranteed savings compared to my contract with Geko.
