The concrete topping/self leveling underlayment system, is a 5,000 psi strength cement repair product. It is used to level and smooth any type of sub floor, so that new floor coverings may be properly installed. Once dry, the newly resurfaced concrete foundation slab is smooth, flat and hard. Floor coverings must be installed over a well prepared sub surface, in order for proper installation and long term wear performance.
