May 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Breakfast no longer has to be your regular egg on a roll.

Now New Yorkers can jumpstart their day with Breakfast Burritos, Spanish Omelets, and Corn Cakes (with optional diced jalapenos) from Big D's Grub Truck. With a nod to Hawaiian-style breakfasts, Spam will be an add-on option to each item, as will Bacon, Sausage, and Cheese.   Check out the breakfast menu here: http://www.bigdsgrub.com/menu.

Big D's Grub Truck will also be serving up gourmet coffee specially brewed from French Brazilian Santos roasted coffee beans from Porto Rico Importing Co.(http://www.portorico.com/)

So, be sure to keep an eye out for the Big Yellow Truck Monday through Friday at various locations in New York for both breakfast and lunch!

For the weekly schedule and locations, go to http://www.bigdsgrub.com or follow Big D on Twitter @bigdsgrub and Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/bigdsgrub.   Big D's Grub is also available for private catering.   Please direct all inquiries to info@bigdsgrub.com.
