Barton & Loguidice, P.C., welcomes William (Bill) F. Doebler, IV, Luann Meyer, and Fran A. Reese to project leadership roles supporting environmental and solid waste projects in the Rochester and greater Western New York area.
 
May 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Barton & Loguidice, P.C., welcomes William (Bill) F. Doebler, IV, Luann Meyer, and Fran A. Reese to project leadership roles supporting environmental and solid waste projects in the Rochester and greater Western New York area.  

Doebler will serve as Project Manager in the Environmental and Solid Waste groups, where his primary responsibilities will be in the areas of environmental compliance audits, environmental site assessments, environmental compliance engineering, solid and hazardous waste management, air permitting, and development of landfill gas to energy systems. Doebler will be working out of both the firm’s Rochester and Buffalo offices. He earned his B.S. in Environmental Health and Safety from Wright State University, and has worked for nearly 20 years in the environmental arena.  Doebler is a member of the Air & Waste Management Association (AWMA) and maintains OSHA HAZWOPER certification.  

Meyer joins the Solid Waste group as a Senior Associate Project Manager.  For the past 10 years, she has played a key role in landfill expansion and landfill gas-to-energy plant permitting projects, as well as  landfill compliance projects. Meyer earned her B.S. in Environmental Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), the New York Water Environment Association (NYWEA) Women of Water Committee, and she serves as the Technical Program Coordinator for the Federation of New York Solid Waste Associations Annual Conference.

Meyer currently serves as the Wildlife Team Infrastructure Chair of the WMNY High Acres Nature Area. She maintains OSHA HAZWOPER certification and is a certified EPA/NYS Asbestos Inspector.   She was nominated for the Professional Women of the Finger Lakes “Woman of Distinction” award for professional achievement in 2011.  

Reese joins the Ecological Services group as a Senior Project Environmental Scientist.  She has more than 25 years experience with environmental projects, including environmental audits, SEQR procedures, environmental impact statements, tank site assessments, land use planning, wetland delineations, permit applications, watersheds and water resource development, water quality analysis, soil science, field biology, and technical report preparation. Reese earned her B.S. in Zoology and M.S. degrees in both Water Resources Management and Soil Science, all at the University of Wisconsin (Madison).

Reese  is a member of the Soil Science Society of America and the Society of Wetland Scientists, and serves on the Board of Governors for the New York State Wetland Forum. She was awarded a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) award for wetland mitigation design, and she maintains OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
