By: Campbell Barnum Ms. Phoon’s award is a trip to the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting, June 11-15 in New Orleans. D.D. Williamson will display her winning poster at IFT Food Expo. You can meet Ms. Phoon to discuss her novel application on Monday June 13th, 1:00 to 2:00 PM, at booth 4429. Ms. Phoon wishes to acknowledge and thank her Purdue advisors, Professors San Martin and Narsimhan, for inspiring her to enter the student competition. D.D.
