About The Entrepreneurial Masters Program

The Entrepreneurial Masters Program (EMP) brings together remarkable entrepreneurs—founders, co-founders or controlling shareholders of companies that gross US$1 million or more annually—for four days on a suburban campus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

This intense, interactive and competitive executive education program is offered by the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global community of entrepreneurs, and is jointly hosted by the MIT Enterprise Forum.  In a three-year span (four days per year, 12 days in all), the EMP covers the six fundamental areas of business: management, leadership, finance, operations, human resources, marketing and sales, and strategy.

The program is open to EO members and non-members alike, and participants must apply and be accepted in order to participate. Class size is limited to 65 people, and content is balanced between theory and practical application. The program hosts experienced entrepreneurs, academics, experts and coaches who participate as leaders and speakers.
