May 4, 2011 - PRLog -- According to the Department of Labor, job gains increased by 244,000 in April 2011, however, approximately 13 million Americans are still unemployed.   Small business owners and non-profits are struggling to make payroll, source the “right talent”, secure procurement deals and access capital to grow their organizations.  Today’s workforce is faced with finding the “American Dream” in the midst of an American nightmare.  How can you “fight back” and win in spite of the economic stats and realities of the today’s economy?
