BJ Brown will open "Bistro By The Beach" at 7 Atlantic Ave. The bistro will specialize in
seasonal American Cuisine serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a casual atmosphere.
Since graduating from the New England Culinary Institute over a decade ago, the 31-year old Brown has developed a reputation for his creative talents & outstanding palette. Working in the kitchens of Dan Cummings (Grenville Hotel), Chris Mumford (Mumfords Culinary Center), and Casey Pesce (Djeet), it’s easy to see why.
Beach-goers, families, and food lovers alike will enjoy the casual atmosphere, tasty dishes, and friendly faces at this new eatery. With a large array of dishes, even the pickiest of palettes will be sure to find a meal they love. Sandwiches, smoothies, fresh seafood, and hot breakfasts can satisfy the greatest hunger, and all being reasonably priced. Even vegetarians will be sure to have numerous options at "Bistro By the Beach".
