In his latest article, he covers the best cardio exercises for burning fat. He is very much a one to take less over more and this is echoed in his personal training. Rather than doing loads of difference exercises (most of which are useless) focus on a small group which are known to burn the maximum fat for energy spent.
Some of the ones he covers, are skipping, bicycling and stair climbing. These are great because you can pretty much do these at home or grab your bike and do some bicycling.
Another one that he talks about is swimming. This is great because not only does it get you fit and burn fat, it also encourages lean muscle growth.
