Nick Singelis a leader of the Fathers for Justice political action committee demands that Genesee County Government establish a Friend of the Court Citizen Advisory Committee.

“By Mr. Leslie by his own admission said he can make up verbal policy and break policy as he sees fit.” In a 32 min. recorded conversation with a prominent Genesee County Commissioner, Mr. Leslie admitted that the friend of the court and Genesee County do not have a policy manual. John Battles, who makes over $150,000 in total compensation and Larry Leslie, who makes over $120,000 in total compensation, have over 60,000 backlogged parenting time complaints and only one parenting time caseworker, Timm Rye.

“A majority of the county governments in the state of Michigan have a Citizens Advisory Committees, this is where mothers and fathers can take their grievances to be heard by an established board made up of the Sheriff, the Prosecutor, the Chairman of the board of Commissioners and a balance of citizens that live within the County, the voters are being slighted and denied their constitutional rights by the Friend of the Court, Singelis stated.”

Through the Freedom of Information Act the Genesee County Friend of the Court admits that it has no policy manual. And through an FOIA appeals process the County reaffirmed it did not have a FOC policy manual.

Singelis said, “How do the voters of this County know if we are in violation of policy when we have no written policy established.”

“I've been a political hatchet man for Don Williamson, Dayne Walling and a few others that I'm not going to mention at this time. Battles and Leslie are going to learn that I play hardball without a glove. It's got nothing to do with right and wrong, it's got everything to do with politics. I plan to release the audio recording soon.”
