SBG Offers All of Its iPhone Apps for Free on Mother's Day

On this year's Mother's Day, May 8th, the company will offer all of its unique iPhone apps for free in celebration of Mother's Day. Their iPhone apps will be free for the entire day on May 8th until midnight.

SBG currently has six iPhone apps on the App Store with difference price points. They will all be free on Mother's Day. All of the company's apps target the mortgage and real estate industry. iQualify Pro, an app that allows real estate and mortgage professionals to estimate their clients' borrowing and buying power in seconds. iQualify Pro is a unique app on the App Store. This app allows professionals to qualify their clients with seconds based on their credit worthiness, loan types, and lenders. This is a flexible and power calculator that allows them to qualify any types of borrowers (e.g. good credit v. bad credit), loans (e.g. FHA, VA or conventional) or lenders (e.g. Banks, Credit Unions, or mortgage brokers).

iQualify is the consumer version of iQualify Pro. This app does not have the flexibility of the pro version. It will provide rough estimates of a user's borrowing and buying power based on their income. The app provides two estimates: a conservative and an aggressive estimate. Moreover, it also comes with a mortgage calculator and a loan calculator.

iAPR, on the other hand, is a consumer iPhone app. The app help consumers compare and save when shopping for loans. This app analyzes loans based on loan amount, loan term, interest rate and  loan costs; calculates the true costs of the loans; and estimates the holding period required for applicable loans. As a result, users can compare loans in an apple-to-apple manner. iAPR is the only app to provide such an comprehensive analysis.

iBorrower is a mortgage calculator that comes with features not available in other mortgage calculator apps. The iPhone app, in addition to providing loan calculation features, it allows you to conduct additional payment scenarios & pay off scenarios and estimate annual tax deductible housing expenses.

iRenter is the most comprehensive Buy-v-Rent analysis iPhone app on the App Store. iRenter will give you estimates of the total accumulated costs of buying v. renting based on the renting information and buying information. It will take into account many factors in the estimation including inflation, home appreciation rate, housing expenses, rent increase, tax savings, capital tax gain, and more. The app is currently waiting for review. The app also comes with a mortgage calculator.
