Process Mining is Pallas Athena’s software solution for automated business process discovery and assessment. The partnership will integrate Pallas Athena’s Process Mining solution into SSP´s advisory area of assurance, compliance and risk management. The partnership will empower Internal Auditors to improve operational performance audits in terms of time, quality and precision by visualizing the “as is” process, validating the whole universe rather than a sample and then looking at potential areas of risk in exceptional cases. The Process Mining technique takes data from event logs and easily displays a process, exactly how it was performed.
