Stalwart Redevelopment, www.onlycashnow.com, fraud alert

PRLog (Press Release) - May 4, 2011 - September 28, 2009 a final notice handed down from the Oregon Real Estate Agency stating that Tyler Gilbert of www.onlycashnow.com and Stalwart redevelopment was found in violation of ORS Chapter 696.020.  Gilbert was found in the middle of a Real Estate transaction that went bad.  Tyler Gilbert procured a buyer for the seller for a fee of $17,902.50.  This is $17,902.50 the homeowner missed out on.
