Lee & Associates Oakland Expands To Larger Office Location

May 2, 2011 - PRLog -- The Oakland office of Lee & Associates, one of the nation’s largest commercial brokerage firms with regional expertise, announces its move into a larger office, located at 520 3rd St., Suite 105, in Oakland’s Jack London Square. The move represents a 30-percent increase in size from its previous location, while reflecting Lee & Associates’ positive growth in the East Bay area.

“A shift to a larger office reflects Lee & Associates’ surging presence in the East Bay, as well as our intentions to continue growing in 2011 and beyond,” said Lee Oakland Principal Craig Hagglund. “As volume keeps increasing in the industrial and office segments in the East Bay for both sales and leases, Lee Oakland will continue positioning itself at the forefront.”

Lee Oakland services the city’s metro market and Interstate-880 corridor while in the midst of a growth spurt. Hagglund, Jesse Lucas, Doug Pearson and Chris Schofield founded the office in April 2006, and have since grown it from four brokers to 12 today. Hagglund hopes to add two more brokers by the end of the year.

The new office move comes on the heels of Lee Oakland’s closing on a $1.8 million lease of a 105,000-square foot industrial property at 22302 Hathaway Ave., in Hayward, Calif. Lucas and Schofield represented Marelich Mechanical, which took over a new, 5-year lease. The seller, Gumtree LLC, was represented by Townsend Commercial.
