Osama Bin Laden Killed..9/11 Avenged…26/11 Culprit Awaiting Justice…Courtesy : Our Legal System.

May 2, 2011 - PRLog -- An RTI file by RTI Activist Chetan Kothari revealed that over 20 mercy petitions are pending with the President of India. Many people feel very soon 1 more will be added to the list, Mohammed Ajmal Kasab the lone 26/11 terrorist who is undergoing a trial, he will soon do that after he does not get a reprive from the Supreme Court.

Few months after attacks on Mumbai, the trial judge sentenced the lone surviving gunman in the 26/11 case to death, Bombay high court on 21st Feb,2011 upheld the verdict but Kasab has decided to challenge the verdict of his death sentence in the Supreme Court.

Osama Bin Laden the 9/11 mastermind was traced and killed in the wee hours of the morning today, where ? In Pakistan !!, It took 10 years for America to track him down, but it did not take more than 40 minutes to bring him to Justice, but in our Country as we say “we are abiders of Human rights and firm believers in the law of the land” it will still take ages for India to bring the 26/11 Pakistani terrorist attacker to justice, A terrorist who riddled and gunned down scores of innocent citizens and Police officers in Mumbai on 26/11.

But we are still strong believers of our Democratic values, even if it has already costed us Rs.47 Crores and we are still counting, America spent Billions of dollars to get to Osama Bin Laden but did not take more than 40 minutes to gun him down, but what are we doing ? we have given Kasab a reprive by giving him a so called ” FAIR TRIAL”…Fair to some one who is a killer of so many Innocent Citizens, The Police Constable who was instrumental in his capturing, Tukaram Omble, who was an assistant sub-inspector (ASI) and a retired army personnel at the time of the 26/11 attacks, was on duty at Mumbai’s Girgaum Chowpatty when Ajmal Kasab opened fire on civilians. Ombale, ill-equipped to fight Kasab, grabbed his machine gun with his bare hands and took the bullets, that gave time to his colleagues to arrest the terrorist and we are talking of a fair trial to that Terrorist.. India needs to learn the lesson of doing justice, even if it is not on the lines of America, but as the saying goes “JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED ” which is the case in terms of Mohd Ajmal Kasab.

Either we bring him to book or bring him to Justice is what has to be decided by the authorities in India, as by keeping him alive we have got no point to prove, the Pakistanis have already disowned him and our legal system is proving a boon for him by providing him a life cover and rubbing salt and insulting the martyrs of 26/11.. wake up you fellas, America avenged 9/11 by killing Osama Bin Laden….India is still awaiting 26/11 to be avenged.
