QMS 5.0 has enhanced reporting functionality, producing highly configurable reports with customized search that can output the documents in various common formats (excel, word, xml, pdf). The agent in QMS 5.0 allows objects to be scanned directly into Open Text Content Server, sends assignments based on the data attributes, produces notifications to task owners and managers and creates an audit trail with confirmation, identification and time stamp.
