A Memorial Fund For Ernest Terrell Maxwell Has Been Established At Wells Fargo Bank

A memorial fund has been established for Ernest Terrell Maxwell who was killed while riding his bike in Austell. Contributions will help with burial cost, outstanding debts owed, and construction of a permanent memorial site.

 
PRLog - May 2, 2011 - AUSTELL, Ga. -- The Maxwell Family is in need of contributions to help cover burial cost, outstandng debts owed, and construction of a permanent memorial site for their son Ernest Terrell Maxwell who was killed while riding his bike in Austell.  The driver of a SUV struck Ernest Terrell Maxwell from behind on the side walk and did not stop to help.  The driver was arrested later that evening when he went to Cobb Police Dept to file a report for his insurance and stated that he hit a Deer earlier that day.  The police matched the SUV to the description given by witnesses to the fatal hit and run accident.
