'Bool Car Is Safe Says Eskander

May 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Last year, Robert Smerdon became the first trainer to win the Mercedes Benz offered by the Warrnambool Racing Club to the trainer who can train four winners across the three days, including one of the feature races, but Eskander is tipping that there won't be a repeat this year.

In a special market framed for the Trainers' Bonus, Eskander has No Winner a raging favourite at $1.65.

"Robert Smerdon had a standout year last year but I'm prepared to gamble against it happening again," Eskander said.

"I've rated Darren Weir the best chance to pull it off this year and we've got him at $5 while Robert Smerdon's followers can get $6.50 about his chances of a repeat win. I reckon Robbie Laing ($9) is the only other trainer with a realistic chance of pulling it off but as usual, it's up to the punters to determine the market and I'm happy to be guided by them," said Eskander.
