Aurion Learning Joins NetDimensions’ Certified Global Reseller Network

NetDimensions and Aurion Learning have been strategically collaborating since 2008 and already have a number of joint customer deployments.
Aurion Learning designed and built HSELanD.ie, the Irish Health Service Executive’s (HSE) online learning and development portal, based on NetDimensions’ Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP) Learning Management System and in partnership with the Health Service Executive. HSELandD.ie is now available to 95,000 healthcare employees (including managers and trainers) in both the hospital and community health settings providing:

2. collaborative learning hubs that use web 2.0 technology (wikis, blogs, social networking, online communities and forums) to facilitate social learning and knowledge sharing;
3. online libraries, reports, publications, e-videos and links to websites; and

HSELand.ie was recently awarded a National eGovernment Award for excellence. HSELanD.ie took the top prize in the ‘Education’ category but was also shortlisted in the ‘Open Source’ category 2011. HSELanD.ie was awarded ‘runner up’ in the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD) National Training Awards in the ‘Innovative Use of Technology’ category.
In partnership with NetDimensions, Aurion Learning also won the contract to supply, deploy, and configure NetDimensions’ EKP Learning Management System for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH). The CIEH want to use the platform to deliver their accredited learning programmes across their network of training centres throughout the UK.
