Plano Art Association 125 Show Awards Reception

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 27, 2011 - Contemporary, diverse and beautiful describe the artworks in the Plano Art Association's Sixth Annual 125 Show. Showcasing works by over 70 artists who live within 125 miles of Plano, the show is being hosted at the Arts Gallery in Collin College, Plano.

This year, jurors Enrique Cervantes, curator of the Bath House Cultural Center in Dallas, and Michael O'Keefe, renowned sculptor currently talking at the Nasher Sculpture Center, chose from over 360 works.

The opening reception is being held on May 4th at 6 until 8pm at the Arts Gallery on the Collin College campus, at Spring Creek and Jupiter in Plano.

The Plano Art Association is a non-profit organization funded in part by the City of Plano, and run entirely by volunteers. The show's co-chairs are Alison Jardine (Vice President) and Katrine Kyhnel (President).
