Debra Engel has been an influential thought leader in corporate strategy and human resources for over 23 years. Debra served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Services for 3Com for 15 years. Prior to joining 3Com, Debra served as Corporate Staffing Manager for Hewlett Packard and as HR manager for the HP Avondale division. For over 8 years, Debra has been an active and highly networked board member and advisor at an array of successful corporations and non-profit organizations in Silicon Valley, including: Aspect Communications, the Entrepreneurs Foundation, Institute for the Future and the National Academy of Human Resources Foundation. She is keenly aware of how to attain alignment between HR and customer needs, maximize organizational capabilities, and develop strong leaders. Debra is a valuable asset to UpMo as an advisor to the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Centric Software, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Computervision Workgroup Products business unit where he innovated and drove rapid growth. Chris has a profound understanding of the B2B software space and brings extensive global leadership experience to the UpMo Board of Directors.
