Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors earns Global Recognition

April 27, 2011 - PRLog -- Philadelphia:  Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors today announced that is has been recognized as the #11 affiliate company in North America by Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC for the first quarter of 2011.  This is the highest Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors has ranked since the company was founded in 1991.

This recognition is based upon a measure of Gross Commission Income (GCI), the total amount of revenue earned by the firm’s agents during the January-March period.  GCI is a standard barometer for measuring firms within the real estate industry.

In announcing the recognition, Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors Chairman Frank M. Mancuso noted “being named as the eleventh-best company in North America is a great honor and is a testament to the hard work our agents have been doing during what everyone realizes is an interesting time for real estate.  I congratulate them for their hard work.  As conditions continue to improve in 2011 I look forward to being recognized in the top ten.”

During the first quarter Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors worked to initiate unique sales promotions such as “The iPad Open House Event” to encourage consumers to visit and consider homes represented by the firm.  Additional efforts aimed at increasing web exposure for the company’s properties and new initiatives in the relocation and referral markets were also key to the first quarter success.
