Real Estate Appraisal Management Firm Unveils Lender Education Program

LendEd sessions will provide lenders with a walk-though of standard appraisal forms as well as a live question and answer session with WCCI's certified review appraiser, Paul Hennig, a 21-year industry veteran. The program will focus specifically on 1) how appraisers make adjustments; 2) establishing comparable properties; 3) above grade vs. below grade living areas; and 4) other frequently asked questions regarding recent changes in mortgage regulations and appraising in a distressed market.

"In the constantly evolving mortgage market we recognize the need to let lenders know how regulations are affecting appraisals, as well as exactly how the process works" said Danielle Vance, WCCI's Vice President of Operations.
