A la carte appetizer selections include: French Lentil and Pasta Salad; Green and White Asparagus in Aspic with San Danielle Prosciutto and Orange Blossom Honey Vinegar; Mille Fleurs Lobster Salad with Papaya, Avocado, Mixed Greens and Lemon Emulsion and Steamed Chino’s Farm Cauliflower. Main dishes include Oven-Roasted Poussin with morel-jus, Young Chicken, Rosemary Potatoes and Zucchini Flan; Alaskan Wild Troll King Salmon with Creamed Spinach, Diced Blue Potatoes and Champagne Sauce; Spring Vegetable Frittata; Prime Filet and Steak Duo with Caramelized Onions, Cognac Sauce and Gorgonzola Tart; “Wiener Schnitzel” with Kurobata Pork, Warm Potato-Pink Radish Salad and Caper Lemon Butter and Sea Scallop and Shrimp Pot Pie.
