Analytics and Management Consulting Firm Evans Analytics brings on New Talent

April 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Due to growth and expansion of its Analytics and Management Consulting services and capabilities, the firm Evans Analytics brought on two new team members. The two new Consultants are Dr. Robert (Bob) Nisbet and Zachary Feinstein PhD/ABD.

Dr. Nisbet brings 25-years of ecosystems analysis and modeling at U.C. California in Santa Barbara, California. As well as, another 16 years of corporate experience. He has experience in data mining solution development in Telecommunications, Insurance, Banking, Credit, membership clubs (AAA), and Electronics manufacturing. He is the lead author of the book, Handbook of Statistical Analysis & Data Mining Applications (Academic Press, 2009). At this time, he is serving as general editor of a book on Text Mining Applications, to be published in 2011. In addition to data mining solution development and deployment, Dr. Nisbet has considerable experience in developing and delivering data mining tool training courses onsite and online, using a variety of data mining tools. He is joining Evans Analytics as a Senior Data Mining & Statistical Consultant.

Mr. Feinstein PhD/ABD is a versatile marketing sciences professional who combines strong analytical intellect with trustworthy communication skills.  He has had over 15 years of experience working in the Marketing Sciences.  Mr. Feinstein he served as the Manager of Statistical Modeling for the MBA project within Nielsen/BASES.  There he worked extensively with Latent-Class Regressions, the automation of Factor Analyses, and building platforms for the automation of weighting data to be representative of the markets they measured. He has worked as a rresearch analyst, methodologist, statistical modeler and specializes in advanced analytics. He programs in SAS©, SPSS©, VBA and other platforms. He is joining Evans Analytics as a Statistical Consultants.

The firm is currently working to expand its Statistics and Analytics consulting services, as well as, its popular Research, Statistics and Analytics Training Courses. The current courses offer basic applied understanding of statistical concepts and methods involved in carrying out and interpreting research to advanced modeling.
