Schwerd’s Arrowhead Grill is featuring a Mother’s Day brunch menu that includes the choice of roasted leg of lamb, honey-baked ham, an 8-ounce Prime Rib, 10-ounce Delmonico steak, Atlantic salmon or swordfish.
A delicious Arrowhead Grill side will also be included, with the choices including sautéed asparagus, AG hash browns, maple mashed sweet potatoes, sautéed green beans, creamed spinach, sautéed mushroom and onion, baked potato, creamed corn or mashed potatoes.
Chef Charles Wade Schwerd’s special menu will be available at his west Valley restaurant from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 8, and will also include Eggs Benedict, Surf and Turf and a roasted half chicken. The cost is $35.99 per person and reservations are required.
Dessert will also be offered for an additional $5.99 and will include the choice of the restaurant’s signature butter cake, crème brulee vanilla, strawberries and chocolate fondue as well as chocolate bread pudding.
“Mother’s Day should be a day when moms don’t have to lift a finger,” Schwerd said. “Brunch at Arrowhead Grill is one way to show mom how much you appreciate all she does throughout the year.”
Schwerd has spent the past two decades carving out a reputation as one of the Valley’s finest chefs.
