Silver Sands is Blossoming this Spring With Store Expansions and Seven New Stores Opening

April 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Spring has sprung and the flowers aren’t the only thing in bloom at the nation’s largest designer outlet center.  Silver Sands Factory Stores has blossomed with several recent store expansions including Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store and Saucony in addition to the highly anticipated grand opening of seven new designer names to the Center.
   
“We are continually seeking out the top designer names that our shoppers are on the lookout for,” said Myra Williams, VP of Marketing for Howard Group.  “Many of these designers are making their regional debut in Northwest Florida and we are thrilled to have them at our Center and provide shoppers with on trend brands that aren’t available anywhere else in this region.”       
   
Silver Sands is welcoming seven new companies this spring including DKNY, LOFT Outlet, Esprit, White House | Black Market, Merrell, Tumi and 32° A Yogurt Bar.  DKNY made its regional debut to Northwest Florida when they opened in March, near Shopper Services and Juicy Couture, offering modern looks for men and women that perfectly combine comfort and luxury.  Also making their regional debut is Esprit, a youthful lifestyle brand offering deals on apparel for men, women and juniors.  Their store will occupy 5,000 square feet near Banana Republic Factory Store and is scheduled to open in mid-April.
   
Merrell is not only making their regional debut to Northwest Florida, but is also introducing a version of their award-winning new store prototype that keeps with their brand’s attitude and personality of bringing the outdoors in. Merrell stays true to their mantra “Let’s Get Outside,” by designing adventure seeking shoes, boots and sandals for outdoor and urban pursuits.  Merrell is scheduled to open in April near Nautica and Cotton On.  Tumi, another regional debut, is recognized as the world’s leading brand of luxury travel, business and lifestyle accessories.  Tumi products are known for their superior performance and modern design, so if you need an extra suitcase after your shopping day at Silver Sands, then stop by Tumi located near Lacoste and Brooks Brothers Factory Store.
   
White House | Black Market is now open in the Fashion Court near Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH,  featuring their signature white and black women’s clothing, shoes and accessories.  There are even a few splashes of color throughout the store in bright spring colors such as magenta.  The beautifully designed store includes high quality made-for-outlet manufactured products along with pieces from their nationwide retail locations - the perfect spot for women to build their wardrobe and create their own unique style around the latest trends.
   
LOFT Outlet, a more relaxed lifestyle apparel line from Ann Taylor, is scheduled to open in April at the east part of the Center near Nautica.  LOFT Outlet features women’s apparel and accessories that are fun, feminine and versatile.  The breathtaking store has gorgeous white floors and brick accents on the walls that give the store a modern and trendy feel.  
   
32° A Yogurt Bar, located next to Panera Bread, is making their regional debut as well and will be the first location in Florida.  Customize your experience at this self serve frozen yogurt bar and satisfy your sweet tooth with 14 varieties of yogurt flavors including choices such as Tahitian Vanilla, Birthday Cake, California Tart and Snickerdoodle and then top it off with daily hand cut fruits and over 40 candy, nut and sauce options.  They even have a more diet friendly option available called “Only 8,” a non-fat, low calorie, all natural frozen yogurt made with only 8 ingredients, so there truly is something for everyone at this fun new spot opening in early April.
   
Along with the excitement of the new store openings at Silver Sands, several stores have recently expanded into larger spaces to accommodate the increase in traffic and offer shoppers even more selection.  Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store expanded into a beautiful new store across the Center from their previous location that is 50 percent larger, now occupying 15,000 square feet.  The spacious store gives shoppers the option to browse their popular apparel for men, women and children.  No outfit is complete without the perfect shoes and now, they can be found at the new store, as well as an expanded selection of Polo Ralph Lauren’s home products including their luxurious bath and bedding collections.
