CPSC, Sandia, NAHB+Report FACTS+Incomplete Testing, Documentation, Findings=Safety Chaos Per CPSC !!

April 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Credibility for the CPSC has become a major issue that this Agency needs to resolve ASAP or accept the simple fact their findings, directives, and opinions have become persona non-grata or worthless in general.

Numerous articles, press releases, and media coverage exposing or documenting information, in direct conflict with CPSC Findings and Opinions, based on incomplete or partial testing, and failure to test per established means and methods, has now called into question, not only the Agency's credibility, but also who is driving these findings and opinions to be released or published.

CPSC has lost touch with the meaning of the agency - Consumer Product Safety - by failing to regulate and control products consumed and used by Consumers. Obviously manufacturers, corporate leaders, corporate lawyers, politicians, and lobbyist, now control and direct this once great agency.

Time to clean house, restructure, and re-build this agency, to once again serve Consumers and protect Consumers from the groups and individuals, obviously now controlling the CPSC top management, but also the laboratory personnel that confirm, validate, and endorse force fed, incomplete, and non-Scientific testing, currently in question.

Current and past conflicting and contradictory statements by the Agency, have resulted with a loss of Consumer confidence that will require not only time but also proof the Agency stands behind and supports Consumer Protection, before confidence can be re-built.
