April 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Magisterial District Judge Fred A. Pierantoni, life-long Luzerne County Resident has dedicated more than 2 decades of service to the citizens of Luzerne County.

Pierantoni is graduated from Wilkes University, Cum Laude wiith a degree in Political Science annd receive his Juris Doctorate from Temple University in 1983.

After graduation Attorney Pierantoni became a General Practitoner of Law, later became associated with Rosenn Jenkins & GreenwaldCivil Litigation Associate.

In 1988, he became a Luzerne County Assistant District Attorney, Senior Trial Associate where he prosecuted major felony cases including child abuse, elder abuse and Criminal Homicide.

He served as an Assistant District Attorney until he was elected as the 11-4-01 District Court Judge in 1992, a position that he currently holds.

According to Judge Pierantoni, he has handled more than 70,000 cases during his career.
