We last saw Dr. Emily Splichal on Oprah, The Today Show, and CW11 Morning news demonstrating the extent of how overall posture and balance training works to improve general health and generate the ability to walk with strength and confidence. Dr. Emily Splichal also teaches women how to walk properly in heels at the New York Sports Club providing the do's and don'ts of Stiletto shoe wearing. Dr. Splichal has become a national contributor to a number of professionals in the fitness and sports industries and has provided her expertise in Glamour Magazine. She has had past endorsements with Garden Of Life, New York Sports Club, and is now the Spokeswomen for the orthotic shoe company Aetrex Worldwide. Dr. Splichal founded the “Evidence Based Fitness Academy”, a continuing education institute created to provide scientific and research-based curriculum for health and fitness professionals.
Since the launch of her latest workout “V-Core®” Dr. Splichal's audience has expanded to both women and men. V-Core® is one of the newest and most functional approaches in core training.
