Superior Service and Customer Satisfaction Earn Tindol Ford National Award by Ford

April 21, 2011 - PRLog -- GASTONIA, NC, April 21, 2011 – Earl Tindol Ford is among an elite group of Ford and Lincoln dealerships to be recognized with The 2010 President’s Award by Ford Motor Company.  The prestigious award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing in 2010, by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Out of more than 3,000 Ford and Lincoln dealerships throughout the country, this year Ford honored an extraordinary 355 dealers for delivering superior customer satisfaction in sales and service.

“Our customers are our whole world, and we spend every day making sure we are doing our very best for them and ensuring they have a fabulous experience, no matter what their automotive needs happen to be,” says Tindol Ford owner Natalie Tindol. “All of our 79 employees work very hard training to be the top in their field and learning about all of the amazing technology and accolades that Ford has earned over the past 2 years.  We are thrilled that this honor is awarded by our customers, because they recognize we are treating them with the respect and professionalism that they deserve.”

The President’s Award was established in 1998. Dealers become eligible through survey responses from customers related to their sales and service satisfaction.
